Upcycled Piano Mechanism Chicken Magnet

Parts of an old piano which connects the keys to the hammers which then strike the piano strings, were used to make this adorable chicken magnet.

The piano these 2 pieces come from would have ended up in the landfills had I not reclaimed its piece. But I believe that music doesn't belong in the trash. 

As a great gift or as a thank-you to your favourite piano teacher this magnet is not only eco-friendly but also fun!

On your refrigerator or your white board in your office this cute chicken will surely brighten your day.

The actual magnet is a ceramic magnet which is stronger than typical fridge magnets.
