Upcycled Groove Drumstick and Brown Suede Necklace

A piece of broken drumstick was used to create this necklace. The drumstick was damaged and would have been thrown away. But I believe that music doesn't belong in the trash, so I upcycled it!

The end piece of the drumstick had 4 grooves already in it which adds to the look of this fabulous piece of jewelry. 

The drumstick bead measures 2.5 inches. From tip to tip, the genuine suede cord measures 31 inches in length. 

This unisex necklace can be worn by just about anyone. However, the drummer or percussionist in your life will truly appreciate this unique find!
