This listing is only for the piano hammer diffuser. It does not include any oils. You get you use your favourite oils that you already have on hand.

All it takes is a few drops of your favourite essential oil and your car will smell great!...generally for a few days depending on the quality of the oil you use. Simply reapply as needed.
